A new Gionee smartphone has just arrived for sale in India. The Gionee Marathon M3 is a follow up to the Gionee M2, and it sports a whopping 5000 mAh battery. This is likely to appeal to phone users who make heavy use of their devices. Read on for the Gionee Marathon M3 price and specs for India.

We’ll begin with that all-important price, and the phone has gone on sale on eBay India for Rs. 13,999 before it has been officially launched. It comes in black or white color options and it’s a dual SIM device with dual standby. Dimensions of the Marathon M3 are 144.5mm x 71.45mm x 10.4mm.

Marathon M3 specs include a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6582 quad-core processor, Mali 400 graphics, a 5-inch display with resolution of 1280 x 720, 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of internal storage that’s expandable via microSD to 32GB. It has an 8-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and LED flash, and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.
