HTC Butterfly 3 specs revealed through CompuBench
HTC’s Butterfly series has proved quite popular in the regions where it’s landed, and as expected, the company has another handset in the works. The HTC Butterfly 3 specs have just been revealed through a new benchmark listing, and it’s going to be a high-powered beast that you’d be happy to have in your pocket.
The HTC Butterfly 3 specs were briefly leaked by @upleaks back in February, but things have been quiet since that time. That isn’t the case anymore as the HTC Butterfly 3 has just passed through benchmark listings over at CompuBench with the name J Butterfly HTV31.
According to the new benchmarks, the HTC Butterfly 3 specs show a Snapdragon 810 octa-core processor backed by 3GB of RAM. The storage capacity will be 32GB, and you’ll get a 19MP sensor on its backside to go along with a 12MP snapper on the front. It’s going to be able to take some sharp pics, and they will look great on the 5.1-inch 2,560 x 1,440 display. The HTC Butterfly 3 will have the usual array of sensors, and was benchmarked running Android 5.0.2.
We’re still unsure of the HTC Butterfly 3 release date, but many expect the phone to be announced sometime in May. We do however know the HTC Butterfly 3 specs, and that’s going to give consumers plenty of time to figure out if the Butterfly 3 will be their flagship of choice in 2015.
