Intex continues to roll out new smartphones and now we have news of the Intex Aqua Y4 launch. We have information on the price and specs of this budget handset coming right up. It comes in four color options, black, champagne, silver, and white, and has a price tag of just Rs. 4,190.

The new Intex Aqua Y4 comes hot-on-the-heels of other recent arrivals from Intex, such as the Aqua Xtreme II and Aqua Q4. Specs of the Intel Aqua Y4 are pretty low-end to reflect its cheap price. It’s powered by a1GHz MT6572X dual-core processor, has a 4.5-inch display with resolution of 854 x 480, 512MB of RAM, and 4GB of internal storage (expandable to 32GB via microSD).

The Y4 has a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and a 2-megapixel front-facing unit, and the volume rocker can also be used as a camera shutter. The phone has a 1700 mAh battery and runs the Android 4.4 KitKat operating system, while connectivity is catered for with 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, and GPS. It includes FM radio and a 3.5mm audio jack and is a dual SIM handset. The Intex Aqua Y4 measures 136mm x 67.5mm x 8.7mm and weighs 132.5g.

Pre-loaded apps include ASK ME, Clean Master, Myntra, Intex Service, Opera Mini, Newshunt and more. At the launch today Intex Technologies Mobile Business Head Sanjay Kumar Kalirona said,
