We told you about the Ramos Q7 passing through TENAA yesterday, and today we’re back with more news out of China. The Vivo Y937 just went through certification and looks to be headed for a release in the region with a Dual Stereo speakers.
The Vivo Y937 may not have the sexiest name, but it has something we wish more handsets featured — stereo speakers. The photos from TENAA clearly show a pair of speakers on the backside, and you can also see a 13MP rear snapper. The front-facing camera is nothing to scoff at either as it’s listed as a 5MP sensor.
Powering the Vivo Y937 is a 1.4GHz chip of unknown origins (we assume its octa-core) which will be backed by 2GB of RAM. You’ll get 16GB of storage space to work with as well, but it’s expandable up to a whopping 128GB thanks to a microSD card. The panel is listed as a 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 1,280 x 720 and while we don’t know the battery size, we do know the measurements as the Vivo Y937 clocks in at 154mm x 77mm x 6.79mm with a weight of 169grams.
As usual, we have no idea of when the Vivo Y937 release will arrive, but it should hit China in the very near future. We’ll keep our eyes peeled and keep you informed as we learn more about the handset and where it might land.
