Key specs of the Galaxy J7 include a choice of processors dependent on region. It has either a Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor with four cores at 1.4GHz and four at 1GHz, or a 1.5GHz Exynos 7580 octa-core processor. These have Adreno 405 graphics or Mali-T720MP2 respectively, and 1.5GB of RAM.
Scrolling further down this article will take you to a YouTube video that we’ve embedded for your viewing pleasure from Fone Arena. It shows different benchmarking tests on the Samsung Galaxy J7 variant with the Exynos 7580 processor. The four tests are AnTuTu 5, Geekbench 3, 3DMark Ice Storm Unlimited, and GFXBench.
At the end of each test a chart is shown with the results of the Galaxy J7 compared to some other handsets. Just a few of the other phones involved are the Lenovo K3 Note, Sony Xperia M4 Aqua, Xiaomi Mi 4i, Meizu M2 Note, and Elephone P8000. For example in the AnTuTu 5 benchmark the J7 scored 37965 placing it fourth on the table while the K3 Note romped home the winner with a score of 44993. You can see all of the results and comparisons when you view the video.
After the benchmark testing the video goes on to a Samsung Galaxy J7 gaming review.
