This year Motorola announced two different versions for the new Moto X 2015. One is called the Moto X Style (or Pure Edition for the US), while the other is the slightly more affordable Moto X Play. The latter has already launched in India and now we have details of the Moto X Style India price, offers, and availability date.

Motorola smartphones have been proving extremely popular in India and the Moto X Style is unlikely to be an exception. Many buyers have been waiting to see how much it will cost, and the price has now been announced. The 16GB Moto X Style India price is Rs. 29,999 while the 32GB X Style is priced at Rs. 31,999. The Moto X Play by comparison launched at Rs. 18,499 for the 16GB model or Rs. 19,999 for the 32GB version.

Buyers in India will be able to get their hands on the phone very soon, as it goes on sale from midnight October 14th as an exclusive for Flipkart. Some launch offers will be available for those who purchase between October 14th and 20th. For example 100 customers will receive 100% cashback, while all customers will receive a Flipkart Electronic Gift Voucher worth Rs. 1,000. There’s also an exchange offer for up to Rs. 15,000. Finally MakeMyTrip customers who buy the phone can receive Rs. 5,000 off international holidays.

The phone will be available in black or white colour options and it has specifications that include a 1.8GHz Snapdragon 808 hexa-core processor and Adreno 418 graphics. It has a 5.7-inch LCD display with Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1440, 3GB of RAM, and expandable storage via microSD to 128GB). More specs of the Moto X are a 21-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, dual-tone LED flash, and 4K video capture. There’s also a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter with LED flash and wide-angle lens.

The Moto X Style is a dual SIM handset, and connectivity includes 4G LTE, 3G, dual-band WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and NFC. It runs the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system and offers a virtually stock Android experience. Features of the phone include a water-repellent nano coating and Turbo Charging capabilities.
