We’ve already covered a new smartphone coming out of the Samung J series this week, and now another handset has reared its head. The Samsung Galaxy A9 specifications have just shown up on AnTuTu, and we’re here to give you the scoop on the innards.
The Samsung Galaxy A9 has appeared on our radars several times in the latter half of the year, but we didn’t have a good idea of the Samsung Galaxy A9 specifications. Well, several things are still up in the air as the AnTuTu Benchmarks don’t give us a full snapshot of what lies under the hood, but we like what we’re seeing so far.
The device listed on AnTuTu carries the model number SM-A9000, which is the device believed to be the A9. According to the listing, the Samsung Galaxy A9 specifications will include a 5.5-inch panel with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 and a new Snapdragon 620 with the Adreno 510 GPU. There was no information given on the sensors, but it’s going to be in the upper tier of the mid-range class thanks to 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Unfortunately, nothing else is known at this time aside from the fact it was tested running Android 5.1.1.
We have no idea when the Samsung Galaxy A9 will land or what regions it will hit first, but it’s looking like one of Samsung’s better efforts in the mid-range class. The Samsung Galaxy A9 specifications are nice thus far and we hope the company can keep the price competitive as well.
What do you think of the Samsung Galaxy A9 specifications so far?
