Like snapping photos with your smartphone? If so, you may have heard of the Asus ZenFone 2 Laser. The larger variant of the handset has just been launched for India with the Asus ZenFone 2 Laser 6 and it carries a price tag of Rs. 17,999.
There are several variants of the Asus ZenFone floating around, but the newest is the beastliest in terms of its sheer size. The Asus ZenFone 2 Laser 6, sports a 6-inch panel as its name implies and the FHD panel is protected by Gorilla Glass 4. The innards are getting an upgrade as well, so you’ll find a 64-bit Snapdragon 616 under the hood instead of the SD410 found in the previous models. Rounding things out under the hood are 32GB of expandable internal storage and 3GB of RAM.
The rear camera on the Asus ZenFone 2 Laser 6 is listed as a 13MP sensor with an LED flash and Laser Autofocus. The front-facing snapper isn’t as beefy at 5MP, but it will certainly get the job done. Connectivity options will include Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS, Wi-Fi, Dual-SIM and 4G LTE. As for the measurements, it’s large at 164.5mm x 84mm x 10.5mm with a weight of 190grams. The Asus ZenFone 2 Laser 6 will draw its power from a 3,000mAh battery and is listed as running Android 5.0 with the usual dose of ZenUI.
