Micromax Canvas Pulse 4G specs surface ahead of an official release
Yesterday we learned Micromax was getting ready to release the Micromax Canvas Pulse 4G when they announced the Canvas Mega 4G and Mega E353. We didn’t know much about the handset yesterday, but that’s changed and we’re back to give you the scoop on the Micromax Canvas Pulse 4G specs.
After being quiet for a bit, Micromax has kicked things up a notch in the latter half of the year. We’ve been hit by a slew of smartphone releases lately, and the Micromax Canvas Pulse 4G is the latest device in their arsenal. It is comparable to the Canvas Mega 4G Q417 under the hood, but in a smaller form factor for those that don’t dig phablets.
The Micromax Canvas Pulse 4G will have a 5-inch display sporting a resolution of 1,280 x 720. It’s the same resolution as the Canvas Mega, but the smaller display should save on the battery life. The chip powering the show is listed as the popular MediaTek MT6735 clocked at 1.7GHz. The RAM and storage capacity stay the same, so you’ll get 16GB of expandable storage and 3GB of RAM.
As the name implies, the Micromax Canvas Pulse 4G comes with 4G LTE connectivity along with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and the usual array of sensors. The rear camera clocks in at 13MP with an LED flash while the front-facing snapper is listed at 5MP. A 2,100mAh battery will help keep the lights on, and the dual-SIM handset will run Android 5.1 out of the box.
The Micromax Canvas Pulse 4G price is still up in the air although it should be a bit cheaper than the Canvas Mega 4G considering its size. We’re not sure when the company will unleash this one into the wild, but we expect it to be soon now that the specifications have trickled out.
Are you interested in the Micromax Canvas Pulse 4G if the price is right?
