Another new tablet has just launched in India to join the copious amounts of other devices already available. It’s called the Lava Ivory M4 and it comes with an affordable price tag. Specs details and pricing are right up ahead, and this tablet is on sale both online and at a wide variety of retail stores and multi-brand outlets.

The Lava Ivory M4 price is Rs. 9,299, and it’s offered in Dark Grey or Silver color choices. Specs include a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT8321 quad-core processor, Mali-400 MP2 graphics, and an 8-inch IPS display with resolution of 1280 x 800. It has 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded to 32GB.

Further Ivory M4 specs include an 8-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and LED flash, a 3.2-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 4000 mAh battery. Connectivity options include 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPS, and it features dual speakers and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The single-SIM tablet measures 211.2mm x 122.7mm x 7.9mm, and it runs the Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system. Lava International’s Raman Sharma said of the launch,

“We see a tremendous potential in the tablet category and Lava has aggressive plans to expand its portfolio in this space. We will launch multiple devices in the next 3 months to meet the demand and our latest offering Ivory M4 will redefine the benchmarks in terms of features available in less than 10k price segment. It offers a great design with power packed features to meet all the computing needs of students & young working professionals alike.”
