Now it’s time to concentrate on the battery performance.
The Lenovo K4 Note battery life testing was conducted by Fone Arena and divided into 4 key categories. These are Talk Time, 3G Browsing, WiFi Browsing, and Video Playback. For each category the results of the Lenovo K4 Note were then placed on tables comparing the scores to several handsets. These included the Lenovo Vibe S1 and OnePlus X mentioned above, and just some of the others were the Samsung Galaxy J7, HTC One A9, Coolpad Note 3, and Samsung Galaxy On7.
Starting with Talk Time the Lenovo K4 Note achieved a time of 14 hours and 13 minutes as shown in the image directly below. That placed it in the bottom half of the table with the Lenovo Vibe S1 following behind it on 12 hours and 30 minutes. The OnePlus X, Oppo R7 Plus, and Samsung Galaxy J7 all took top place with times of 33 hours and 19 minutes. Bringing up the rear was the Kult 10 on 11 hours and 7 minutes.
The next category was 3G Browsing and the K4 Note managed a time of 5 hours and 32 minutes putting it in the middle of the table. Again the Vibe S1 was in the position behind it, on this occasion with a time of 4 hours and 20 minutes. The OnePlus X was very slightly higher up the table with 5 hours and 33 minutes, while top spot was taken by the Galaxy J7 on 6 hours and 40 minutes. Again the Kult 10 was in last place with 3 hours and 50 minutes.
Now we move to WiFi Browsing and the Lenovo K4 Note was halfway down the table again, this time on 6 hours and 40 minutes (see image below) That was slightly better than the OnePlus X with 6 hours and 39 minutes while the Vibe S1 was in next spot down on 5 hours and 53 minutes. In equal first place on the table were the Galaxy J7 and Galaxy On7, both on 8 hours and 20 minutes, and right at the bottom was the Xolo Black X1 with 5 hours exactly.
The final category of testing was for Video Playback and the K4 Note was around the middle position again. The K4 Note achieved a time of 10 hours and 2 minutes with the Vibe S1 just below again on 9 hours and 5 minutes. Perhaps surprisingly the OnePlus X took the bottom spot on 6 hours and 39 minutes. In first place was the Oppo R7 Plus with a whopping time of 16 hours and 39 minutes.
