Last week, we learned of a new device dubbed the Ulefone Vienna. While we didn’t know much about the device at the time, new Ulefone Vienna specifications have painted a clearer picture ahead of the device’s launch this week.
The Ulefone Vienna caught our attention as it’s supposed to debut with a Hi-Fi audio setup, something you don’t find on too many smartphones these days. Having great audio doesn’t mean much if the rest of the specifications are weak, but we’re pleased to say that doesn’t appear to be the case with the Ulefone Vienna as more details have surfaced on the device today.
According to Ulefone, their new Hi-Fi handset will be powered by an octa-core MTK6753, which pairs nicely with 3GB of RAM. The storage capacity should be more than sufficient for most at 32GB although we hope it’s expandable due to the size of high-quality audio files. They still haven’t detailed the cameras or battery size, but we do know it will feature a 5.5-inch FHD panel with an oleophobic coating.
The Ulefone Vienna is one to watch if you’re in the market for a budget-friendly device and don’t care to jump into the wild world of smartphones from the Far East. The company has said the smartphone will make its official debut his week, but pricing is still unknown at this time.
