Intex has introduced a new smartphone for their consumers in India today with the Intex Aqua 4.5 Pro. The handset falls in the budget range, and currently carries a price tag of Rs. 4,199.
Intex has been one of the busier manufacturers in 2016, and it doesn’t appear they are going to slow down anytime soon. Just yesterday, we introduced you to the Intex Aqua G2 and today we’ve gotten wind of another handset in the Intex Aqua 4.5 Pro. The smartphone is in the entry-level class, and the specifications put it a rung or two above the Aqua G2.
According to the specs sheet, the Intex Aqua 4.5 Pro will offer up a 4.5-inch panel with a resolution of 480 x 854 and a Spreadtrum chip clocked at 1.2GHz. The processor will get some help from 1GB of RAM, while the storage is listed at 8GB, but expandable through the usual means. On the backside of the Intex Aqua 4.5 Pro, you’ll find a 2MP sensor with a Dual-LED flash, and the front-facing lens clocks in at 0.3MP. Connectivity options for the Intex Aqua 4.5 Pro include 3G, Bluetooth, GPS, Dual SIM and Wi-Fi. The handset sips its power from a 1,500mAh battery and is listed with Android 5.1.
The Intex Aqua 4.5 Pro is set to go on sale in India soon with the aforementioned price tag of Rs. 4,199. It will come pre-loaded with the usual array of software and will be available in several different colors with White, Grey and Champagne.
