It doesn’t seem long ago that we reported on the launch of the Swipe Konnect 5.1 smartphone, and now another from the company is arriving. The Swipe Elite Note has just launched in India and has 3GB of RAM and a low price. It’s expected that it will be available very soon and we have some of the specifications and more coming right up.
The Konnect 5.1 launched at just Rs. 3,999 but was a smaller handset with lower-end specs than the Swipe Elite Note. The new Elite Note Android smartphone has a price of Rs. 7,999 and offers some decent specs for the money.
The affordable smartphone carries a 1.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core processor and has a sizeable 5.5-inch IPS display with HD resolution of 1280 x 720 and featuring ViDi technology. Further specs of the Swipe Elite Note are 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded to 32GB via the microSD card slot. It runs the Android Lollipop operating system skinned with Swipe’s UI.
Camera-wise the phone has a 13-megapixel rear camera, while up front there’s a 5-megapixel shooter. Unfortunately we don’t have full details yet so we cannot tell you the battery size. However, the image below indicates that the phone will be available through Flipkart so we hope to have further information before too much longer.
From what we know about the Swipe Elite Note so far, do you think it has enough to offer for the price? Maybe you’re hoping to get your hands on this new Swipe smartphone as soon as it becomes available?
