The Lenovo Vibe K4 Note has been out in the wild for months, but it appears the company isn’t quite done with the handset yet. The Lenovo Vibe K4 Note Wooden Edition has just been announced for India and it carries a price tag of Rs. 11,499.
It’s safe to say most smartphones look the same these days, and without branding, most folks would have a tough time picking their favorite out of a lineup. Cases are a great way to switch things up, but so are wooden back plates. We’ve seen a handful of companies roll out fancy backsides in various types of lumber, and the Lenovo Vibe K4 Note Wooden Edition has just joined that exclusive club.
As you can see from the photos, the Lenovo Vibe K4 Note Wooden Edition has a back plate made from wood, and it looks quite nice with the branding. It’s a clean look with minimal interference from sensors and like as there is only the flash, camera sensor, and fingerprint sensor… and a whole lot of wood. The front is the same as the regular edition, and the same can be said for the innards.
If you missed our previous coverage of the Lenovo Vibe K4 Note, it’s powered by a 1.3GHz octa-core chip from MediaTek and has 3GB of RAM. The storage is listed at 16GB, but expandable, while the camera combo clocks in at 13MP/5MP. Other features include a 5.5-inch FHD display, 4G LTE, a 3,300mAh battery, and Android 6.0.
The Lenovo Vibe K4 Note Wooden Edition may be the same device as the regular model under the hood, but the wooden back plate really freshens things up nicely. The handset is currently up for sale at Amazon.in with a price tag of Rs. 11,499 with free shipping.
