If you want to give Windows Phone 10 a chance and get a pretty cool smartphone in the process for just under $300 (SIM-free/unlocked), today’s piece of news is that you can buy an awesome Microsoft Lumia 950 from AT&T right now for $298,98 . Truth be told, even if this baby is last year’s flagship, the price is absolutely outstanding, i.e. you’ll get a LOT of smartphone for your money.

Talking about the “best bang for the buck”, nothing comes even close to the Lumia 950 at this price tag. Remember, this is the price contract free, no questions asked. If you don’t want to spend $300 on a whim, you may choose an equipment installment plan and you can pay for the WP 10 running beast in 30 monthly payments of ten bucks ($9.97, keep the change) to the tune of $298,98.

Just to get an idea about what you’ll be dealing with, the Microsoft Lumia 950 is available in black and white colorways (the white is my personal favorite because it doesn’t get smeared by finger prints like the black one) and even if it doesn’t feature the latest hardware, it’s absolutely awesome. The display is a fabulous 5.2 inches wide AMOLED variety with Clear Black technology and WQHD resolution (1440 x 2560). The smartphone runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 chipset, which is a hexa-core (6 cores, 4x Cortex A57 + 2x Cortex A53) architecture with the CPUs clocked at 1.8 GHz, together with an Adreno 418 GPU and 3 gigabytes of RAM/32 GB of native storage (expandable to 200 GB via Micro SD).

The camera is a 20 megapixels unit, with an aperture of f/1.9, optical image stabilization, PureView technology, Carl Zeiss optics and still one of the best on the market, if not the best (haters gonna’ hate). Another unique feature of the Lumia 950 is the Continuum support, which transforms your smartphone into a PC if you connect a keyboard, a screen and a mouse via the Display Dock.
