O2 Nokia N8 Software Update Problems & Reviews
All O2 users of the Nokia N8 were blessed with the new software update (013.016) that adds a few new features such as performance and usability improvements.
The Nokia N8 software update brings 3 preloaded new games, you can get easier access to the app via the OVI Store, O2 customers who own the Nokia N8 smartphone will also get improved social networking, better video and picture sharing, respond to meeting requests and a new version of Quick Office.
We are calling out to all O2 Users who uses the Nokia N8 to come forward and let us know all about the new software update.

Well, 1stly updated the OS, but, as a layman, did not find any difference or new feature. If it’s there, please do let me know, not all users are geeks. There are several glitches in the phone…sometimes vibrates on it’s own, OS is unimpressive and nothing to talk about. Features like copy & paste which was just a simple thing in my earlier HTC are a big pain here. Sometimes, you cant cut, sometimes some other strange option comes over. The apps available at Ovi leave a lot to be desired.
total crap dont bother had the phone an hour and nothing software is useless, cant download any apps from ovi, took it back and the shop instantly offered an new make phone
-There was an issue when using the fm transmitter and getting a call which was solved.
-Emails now give a notification.
those were the biggest things that i found.
I have had my n8 for 1 month and I absolutely love it. I had not any problems at all, phone NEVER froze, I run multiple apps simultaneously, reception is much better than any phone I've had in the past ( HTC, Samsung Iphone). The camera and video quality is incredible, web browsing ( I downloaded Opera) is very smooth, I also downloaded the Nokia Bubbles, which I absolutely love.
This is my first Symbian phone, I am a long time At&t customer and purchased the N8 from the Nokia website. I find the OS very user friendly with a slight learning curve but ultimately, all Os's do the same thing.
I updated my phone 3 days ago and I really like the new icon arrangement and I have not had any problems at all.
For all considering an N8, I highly recommend this phone
iv had mine for 24 hrs and its great. i upgraded from an x6. and find it a lot better. just seems to work better.

anybody, I have trying to update software of my Nokia C3, while updating connection between the phone and the pc broke down, now my phone is dead …………… any ideas how to fix this problem …………… thank you
