If you are an owner of the iPhone or an Apple iPad and need more storage for your music, videos and images and are willing to shell out a hefty slice of cash there is an accessory for iOS devices called the Wi-Drive from Kingston that will add storage capacity to your iOS device.

According to the guys over at Engadget, who have done a fairly in-dept review of the accessory, the Kingston Wi-Drive is a wireless WiFi enabled battery powered storage device that can be loaded with your media via mini-USB cable or wirelessly via an iOS app available from iTunes.

They do say that accessing the Wi-Drive is fairly straightforward, however disconnecting and reconnecting can be tiresome as this can take up to a minute to accomplish, and apparently the reps for the device say the battery should last for up to 4 hours when you have 3 devices streaming simultaneous video.

The guys say that the Wi-Drive is a decent option for iPhone users that are locked into a contract and wish to expand their storage, but the device will set you back a hefty $130 for the 16GB model and $175 for the 32GB version.
