Mystery iPhone Shoots Marvel The Avengers Movie
The Marvel Avengers movie set to release somewhere around May 4, 2012 is going to be the movie of the year and amazingly a mystery iPhone shoots some of the Marvel The Avengers movie, the reason we say “Mystery iPhone” is down to the fact we are not sure if it was the iPhone 4 or the 4S.
If it was the iPhone 4S, then producers must have received a pre-release model of the smartphone. We here at Phones Review are not smartphone geeks but an iPhone recording a mega movie is exciting.
The new upcoming movie “Avengers” is a film we really want to see, and thanks to TiPB they have found out that the iPhone recorded parts of the film instead of cameras worth thousands of dollars. This news was reported via Seamus McGarvey, the man who takes care of The Avenger cinematography.
It is not know what iPhone was used but it was clearly one using a 720p camera, did they get a pre-production iPhone 4S? Now there is a thought, ouch that hurt.
Here is a McGarvey quote
“The beauty of photography or cinema is that you make every choice based on the content at hand. On The Avengers, I did a couple of shots on the iPhone and they are in the movie. In fact, they are in the trailer! I understand that sometimes there is no choice and you have to go for the cheapest option, but if you are limited for choice, you can still make poignant decisions that will effect the look of the film,”
The Avengers trailer has been embed below, please do watch the movie, a part in this video was shot using the Apple iPhone, can you spot what part in the film it was?
Remember, the movie releases at the box office on May 4th, 2012. Enjoy the video below.
