ICS LG Optimus 4X HD in-depth review video

As such that’s what we have for our readership below, a two-part in-depth video review of the LG Optimus 4X HD handset courtesy of the guys over at Mobile Burn that combined deliver 26 minutes of checking out what the LG Optimus 4x HD has to offer.
We’ll kick things off with an LG Optimus 4x HD spec reminder, the handset offers a 4.7-inch True HD IPS LCD touch screen along with an 8 megapixel rear facing auto-focus camera, 1080p video, a 1.3 megapixel front facing camera, a 1.5GHz NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor, 1GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, microSD expansion up to 32GB, 802.11a/b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and 3.5mm jack.
The LG Optimus 4X HD is an Android Ice Cream Sandwich handset measuring 132.4 x 68.1 x 8.9mm with a weight of 133 grams and sports a 2150mAh battery.
In the first video you get treated to an unboxing of the LG Optimus 4X HD which comes with an NFC tag that puts the handset into car mode, along with all the usual stuff, whilst in the second part the guys take a closer look at that NFC functionality, the camera, email and other functions of the Android smartphone.

Looks very promising for LG. It’ll be interesting to see if this phone finally sways the buying public over to their side.
Well worth a consideration when it hits the market in the UK, I’d say.

Personally love the way LG has tweaked the UI – in particular creating folders and dropping apps into them on the main screen.
The design is very appealing and specs-wise it is certainly a match for the Galaxy S3.
Deserves to succeed.
