iPhone 3G customer ammends law suit against Apple
William Gillis, the 70-year-old man from San Diego who has recently filed a law suit against Apple regarding iPhone 3G’s performance, has now added civil conspiracy to his list of allegations.
He filed a 22-page complaint against Apple, and he alleges false advertisement for the iPhone 3G when an advert said the iPhone was “twice as fast for half the price”. Gillis, alleges his network speed is grindingly slow and that he has unreliable network performance.
