LG G2 photo leak of colorful back covers
We’ve been bringing readers plenty of leaked news about the highly anticipated LG G2 smartphone. This is due to be officially introduced at an August 7 event. We’ve already given plenty of information on rumored specs, and now there has been an LG G2 photo leak showing colorful back covers.
Just in the last few days we’ve given readers news about a video tease for the LG G2 launch event and how the phone has made an appearance at the FCC, giving some clues about carriers for the phone in North America. We always enjoy seeing leaked images before a device is officially revealed, and this latest leak appears to show vividly colored back covers for the G2.
Colors shown in the image are gray, blue, red, and pink, and the photo also reveals that the volume rocker is rather unusually on the back of the device, as we’ve seen previously with LG phones. The latest leaked specs that we detailed for the LG G2 included a 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor, a 5.2-inch 1080p display, 2GB of RAM and a 2540 mAh battery.
It’s likely to launch running Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, but of course at the moment none of this is confirmed. However, it’s not long now until August 7 when we will be hearing all of the official details about the LG G2 confirmed, and you can be sure we’ll keep you informed about further developments.
