The Asus Zenfone 2 has recently released and has been creating quite a stir. It has some very decent specs at a competitive price tag, and if you have been waiting for this phone to arrive for India there’s some excellent news for you today. The Asus Zenfone 2 has just shown up on Flipkart with a countdown to the launch on on April 23.

The giant retailer has now put up a product page that includes a countdown ticking away the days, hours, and minutes until the wait is over. At the time of writing it reads 2 days, 23 hours, and 24 minutes, tying in with an event that takes place on Thursday. The listing also enables potential buyers to stay up-to-date with the launch by entering an email address for notifications.

The Zenfone 2 comes in several variants (more on that here), and the listing focuses on the model that has 4GB of RAM. This version has a 2.3GHz Intel Atom Z3580 quad-core processor, a 5.5-inch Full HD display.

It packs a 13-megapixel rear camera with autofocus, dual-LED flash and 1080p video capture, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, 3000 mAh battery, and runs the Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system with the Zen UI.
