Oppo Joy Plus budget price for India launch
The Oppo Joy smartphone released last year and now a successor has arrived called the Oppo Joy Plus. This handset has just been priced for India at its launch, and it’s a low-end device that could attract some interest among those who want a budget phone. We’ll start with the price, as that’s an important factor for many people purchasing a new phone. The Joy Plus is Rs. 6,990 and comes in blue or white color choices. Moving on to specs, it has a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6572 dual-core processor, a 4-inch touchscreen display with resolution of 800 x 480 (with glove mode), 1GB of RAM, and 4GB of internal storage that can be expanded via microSD to 32GB.
The Joy Plus has a 3-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera, and 1700 mAh battery, and it runs the Android 4.4 KitKat operating system with Oppo’s ColorOS 2.0. Connectivity is catered for with 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and GPS, and it’s a dual SIM (normal + micro) handset. Measurements of this new phone are 124mm x 63mm x 9.9mm and it weighs in at 125g.
