Coolpad Note 3 Lite arrives for India with a new Golden Hue
Coolpad is a brand we cover from time to time, and while they aren’t a household name, they have produced some interesting handsets. One of them is the Coolpad Note 3 Lite, which now has a flashy new variant available for consumers residing in India.
Back in January, Coolpad unleashed one of their better handsets to date in the Coolpad Note 3 Lite. Despite the “Lite” moniker, the smartphone had plenty of pop and several flagship features including a fingerprint scanner. Well, the company didn’t change the innards on the new variant of the device, but the Coolpad Note 3 Lite Gold Edition will be a limited released.
Aside from the Golden Hue, the new Coolpad Note 3 Lite Gold Edition is the same as the previous model, which means it will sport a 5-inch display with a resolution of 1,280 x 720 and come with a whopping 3GB of RAM under the hood. The storage is listed at 16GB, and you’ll still find the same 13MP/5MP camera combo on the device. Other features to note include the quad-core MT6735, a microSD card slot, 4G LTE, and Dual-SIM slots. The Coolpad Note 3 Lite Gold Edition will sip its juice from a 2,500mAh battery and runs Android 5.1.
There’s not much to say about this particular release, as it is only worth a look if you really didn’t dig the device in the previous colors of Black or Champagne. Considering many people opt for cases on their smartphone these days, the color may be a moot point, but if Gold tickles your fancy, you can scoop up the Coolpad Note 3 Lite Gold Edition for Rs. 6,999 through Amazon.in on June 9th.
