The LG V20 has finally come out of its covers. The long rumored flagship from LG confirms most of the rumors that were associated with it. It is also one of the best flagship phones out there with a lot of unique features that no other phone can boast of. The main highlight of the LG V20 is that it comes with Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box and is the first smartphone in the world to have it (out of the box). A lot of features are new, whereas a few of them have been carried over from the LG V10.

Starting off from the looks, the LG V20 is just 7.6mm in thickness which is 1mm less than the V20. It weighs 174 grams which is again 18 grams less than the LG V10. The display is the same and it sports a 5.7-inch QHD display. The famous secondary display is also retained.

Unlike the LG V10 which featured a 16MP rear camera, the LG V20 features a dual-camera setup. There is a duo of a 16MP f/1.8 and 8MP f/2.4 sensors at the rear. It also has a dual-LED flash, laser focus, and PDAF. The front camera is a 5MP f/1.9 wide angle selfie shooter.

Another first for this phone is that it features a 32-bit HiFi Quad DAC. It is said that it can reduce the ambient noise levels by up to 50%. LG also claims that users will be able to experience music at a totally different level when used with compatible wired headsets. Hi-Fi video recording is also supported which allows for the recording of lossless 24-bit audio along with the video.

The internals of the LG V20 features the Snapdragon 820 SoC, 4 gigs of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The storage can be expanded up to a whopping 2TB. The battery is 200mAh larger than the V10 at 3,200mAh. It also has a fingerprint scanner. The phone’s price and availability are unknown but LG will definitely make an official statement about it soon.
