Now so long ago we gave you some news on three new mobile phones coming soon from Sony Ericsson which are the W380i, K660i and the W890i which you can see here (Link) but today we want to give you the main specifications on the Sony Ericsson W380 or W380i which is the real name is a phone that has the Walkman experience, baby this is music to your ears.

The only downside to this phone is that it does not have 3G but then again it is mainly a music phone. There will be 2 colours you can choose from which are Electric Purple and Magnetic Grey
The Sony Ericsson W380 is a GSM/EDGE/GPRS 850/1800/1900 and 900/1800/1900 clamshell phone and will be available in selected markets from Q1 2008.

if it had a 2 meg camera, and a flash light it would be perfect, but it would also be the same as every other 2 meg, flash light enabled, mid-range walkman phone that seems to get released ever other week.
it depends what you want from a phone, if youve got a camera you dont need a decent one in the phone, if all you want is a pure and simple music phone, then clearly this is it, sony walkman, pure and simple, the way it should be!

Really keen to buy one of these but concerned that it doesnt take “3G sims”…. can some PLEASE elaborate on this for me, what does this mean exactly?? Also, if i buy it in AUS am i going to be able to use it in the UK…
my dad jsut bought me this fone and i thnk its really good,,, i like it and its a good looking fone as well
none of my friends have one wehreas there some fones tht everyone seems to have so its nice to have one that no one knows anything abut,,
