It’s no Donut or even a crumb of Donut, but T-Mobile has now pushed out a minor update to the T-Mobile G1 which is described as including “permissions fixes and other bug fixes” reports an article on T-Mobile forums.

This minor update to the first Android based smartphone will bring the Android firmware 1.5 build number up from CRB43 to CRC1.

Nice to know T-Mobile is keeping up with updates for the T-Mobile G1 while everyone waits for the new Donut firmware to drop and of course the impending launch of the T-Mobile myTouch 3G.
