First you plug in your MagicJack, install software and gain your US number; next activate your Google Voice account via the MagicJack mobile phone number and pick a new Google Voice number; then go to my.magicjack.com and enable Call Forwarding and have the MagicJack forward all calls to your Canadian mobile phone number, job done.
