Frustrated iPhone Owner arrested over 9mm handgun threat

So just how far would you go with customer service for your Apple iPhone? Well apparently according to a report on wcpo, 38 year old Donald Goodrich wasn’t too happy with customer service when he took his iPhone into the Apple Store at Kenwood Towne Centre.

Goodrich was so frustrated that his iPhone wasn’t working properly he told the Apple employee he was “So mad, I could pop a 9mm at it.” The employee responded by saying there was no need for that and in reply Goodrich answered, “I’ll do it right now. Look!”

Goodrich then pulled aside the right side of his shirt to show a 9mm handgun. The employee told Goodrich she would get his iPhone fixed and told her manager who then called the police. Goodrich was arrested and charged with aggravated menacing, causing fear of harm to an Apple employee.
