T-Mobile US customer service down, voice and data outage
T-Mobile customers were having major problems yesterday in making calls; the main problems included disruptions impacting voice and data.
It seems there is a problem in its system where thousands of customers are experiencing outage through the T-Mobile network; customers were getting the “busy” message after every attempt.
Response teams have been trying to restore the service as quick as possible, T-Mobile is still working on restoring data to T-Mobile Sidekick users and this was a nightmare for those who have been without some and or nearly all of their information for a whole month.
Just so you know Cnet has had updates saying only 5 percent of customers are experiencing outages, and that the latest update reported at 10:50 p.m. PT says that it has restored voice and text/picture messaging services to customers who experienced outages and apologizing for the inconvenience.

Since the outage yesterday -when I open my phone it is either a blank screen or a lighted screen with nothing on it.
I spent 2 hours on the phone at the T-Mobile store talking with customer service.
They are telling me that it is my phone and just a “coincidence” that my phone isn’t working since the outage and have “assured” me that it is not broken becuase of the outage.
I am outraged because I now have to buy a new phone – with my own money – because they say that it is not T-mobile’s problem.
If I wasn’t under contract, I would change service carriers!
My wifes phone is not working (call out/receive), since the outage.
