These claim to be the smallest Bluetooth headsets in the world, the Pillete Concept Bluetooth headset is so tiny it WILL be like your talking to yourself so try explaining this to people walking by you. When this little Bluetooth mobile phone accessory is in you ear it literally just sticks out by a few mm which basically very hard to see that your wearing one.

The design is amazing for those with normal ears, we can see the fit being awkward for some as many ears are different, to turn these babies on all you need to do is from the bean upright position twist it till it makes a L shape then it is on cool ah.
