AT&T have been investing rather heavily over the past few months in order to fix network issues that they have admitted they have had problems with in New York City and San Francisco.

The results from the PC World test show how far AT&T have come over the past few months. The test compared AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and Sprint and AT&T came out on top with good results on download speeds showing over 1,000kbps most of the time.
