iPhone 4G 2010: So what’s new and changed then?
Its getting hot in here, well it is when it has anything to do with the new Apple iPhone 4G that Gizmodo got their hands on, below you will get some insight of what’s new and what’s changed with this new smartphone from Apple.
Must admit and looking at the new features etc, a lot has drastically changed. Ok then so what’s new? Well for starters the images that Gizmodo have clearly shows a front-facing video chat camera, it has a camera flash, the camera on the back has been improved where the lens is noticeably bigger than the current 3GS.
Other new features includes micro-SIM instead of the standard SIM (like the iPad), the display is much better at 960×640 (According to the way it looks), apparently with the “Connect to iTunes” screen displaying much higher resolution than on a 3GS. According to Gizmodo they say that there is a secondary microphone for noise cancellation, at the top, next to the headphone jack. The new iPhone also features Split buttons for volume, plus Power, mute, and volume buttons are all metallic.
Ok so that’s the new, what’s changed then? Well the aluminium border going completely around the outside, the back is all flat instead of the normal rounded look, the casing is made from a different material, which will hope allow for better signal. The screen is slightly smaller than the 3GS but with a higher resolution, everything is more squared off, plus comes with 16% larger battery and is 3 grams heavier.
