Samsung Galaxy S Officially Launched In Europe, US Gains Later
Well apparently the simultaneous roll out of the Samsung Galaxy S smartphone isn’t as simultaneous as one might think, but the Sammy flagship device has now gone all official over in Europe.
According to a Vladislav Savov article over on Engadget, Samsung launched their latest Galaxy smartphone today across Europe which means it should be available on carriers quite soon, and apparently will head for the good ole US of A sometime later in the year.
Specs for the Samsung Galaxy S handset are a 4 inch WVGA Super AMOLED touch screen, 5 megapixel camera with auto-focus and VGA video telephony, HD 720p, A-GPS, 1GHz processor, Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, runs Android 2.1 OS, and microSD expansion up to 32GB.
The Samsung Galaxy S measures 64.2 x 122.4 x 9.9mm with a weight of 119 grams. Pricing of the Samsung Galaxy S isn’t known just yet but apparently it shouldn’t be all that demographic.
