T-mobile UK is to begin offering the Apple iPhone at the beginning of June and word has it that T-Mobile has now begun training their staff via small training group sessions across the UK in advance of their launch of the iconic device.

According to an article over on Mobile Today, the T-Mobile iPhone training groups will centre on how to sell the iPhone to the “right type of customer,” whatever that may mean, one would have thought anyone with the cash would be the “right type of customer.”

Apparently reps from each region have been picked for training after which they are expected to share the knowledge gained with their T-mobile colleagues, although apparently T-Mobile hasn’t confirmed what particular product training their staff is receiving.

But according to an unnamed source…” Training has started on the iPhone at T-Mobile, but we don’t know anything about pricing or the release date yet. There are mixed feelings in the company about it, but we are being trained to deliver the best customer service.”
